When do you dispatch my order?

We dispatch your order the next working day. So for example if you place an order before midnight on Sunday. We will dispatch it on Monday.

Which countries do you dispatch to?

We currently just dispatch orders to the UK. If you live outside of the UK and would like to place an order please do send us an email at contact@jeweleditions.com. We can then let you know when we start up in your country

Will my new piece of jewellery be safe in the post?

We package our pieces in grey gift box which sits in padded envelope. This protects the jewellery. If unfortunately any damage does happen in transit, please do let us know and we will provide a replacement.
